It’s very important for us to get a sense of what people are expecting out of the services that we provide. Most of our services don’t follow such strict guidelines. We’ve crafted the business this way because we know that each case that we’re going to see is going to be unique. That’s something that we can’t lose sight of, particularly in live-in situations. A member of our team is literally going to go live with the client in question. That’s something that’s really unique about our line of work. It’s because of this element that it’s so important to have great communication with our clients.

What can you expect from us when you give us a call? There are usually a few ways that these calls go. A lot of times, they’re “exploratory calls”; we’re very much open to these. What happens is that people call, and they literally know what we do. We can walk you through the different services that we have available. From there, you’ll have a better sense of how we may be able to help you. The second type of calls that we get tends to be more direct. Someone gives us a call, and they tell us what they need.
